The shrimp was delicious! My husband got the burger and loved it too! Service was great and we will definitely be back next time in town. I'm just sad I didn't eat here two nights instead of wasting one night at Wildflower Cafe. 5 stars for this amazing restaurant!
I wasn't blown away by the food here, but maybe I'm just picky. Of note: The fried green tomatoes were fried red tomatoes. The caesar salad was far too overdressed. My burger had a weird spice to it and was overcooked. The "house cut" fries were, I'm 99% positive, straight from a bag. Better half's chicken was okay but covered in far too many capers (and I love capers). Service was fine, this is one of the "nicer" restaurants in town so keep that in mind. For Mentone, I'm sure it's fine. For someone who's eaten elsewhere...meh.
This restaurant was spectacular! I started by ordering a cocktail of whiskey, then a wedge salad, then linguini a limone that was coated in Romano and Parmesan cheeses, then a ciabatta bread with Compound butter, to soak up what was left of the pasta and lastly a pecan pie bread pudding. Perfection!!

Every single bite and moment here is curated for the mountain; the menu is designed for your local enjoyment, and the staff is there to help you choose your fabulous experience along the way. Whether it's their classic, juicy burger, or perhaps you're picking the fresh seafood they've brought up from the coast...it's all prepared beyond expectations. Elevation Bistro is more than the best restaurant in Mentone, it's also the heart and soul of the mountain!
